FloSolutions Global is pleased to announce the official opening of FloSolutions Ecuador SAS and our office in Quito, Ecuador. This is our third office in the Americas, and provides a hub for hydrogeology and groundwater services in the region. The addition of Ecuador operations allows us to provide our high quality services to international and regional clients in Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, and surrounding countries at a lower cost than many of our competitors based elsewhere. It also strengthens our model of hiring and training local staff in the areas where we work, while providing mentoring and technical support from our international experts.

The opening of our Ecuador office coincides with President Guillermo Lasso’s recent Presidential Decree 151, which provides a Plan of Action for the country’s mining sector. This reflects our shared optimism for the future of mining in Ecuador as a pillar of the national economy, and our commitment to supporting socially and environmentally responsible mining. We look forward to playing a small part in Ecuador’s transformation by helping our mining clients manage water sustainably, and by providing jobs for local geologists and hydrogeologists.
